Refunds/Order Cancellations (Only Within 24 Hours of Order)

Please note that refunds or cancellations are only available within 24 hours after you place your order.  After 24 hours, no refunds or order cancellations are permitted.   

If you wish to cancel your order and be refunded, you must contact Moshi Gems within 24 hours of your order by emailing moshigemsla@gmail.com

Return/Exchange Policy (Only Within 7 Days Of Receipt)

All items that say made to order in the product description are FINAL SALE. If the product is not final sale, and you are not 100% satisfied with your Moshi Gems Purchase(s), we want to help you find your perfect fit.  You can exchange or return your items for store credit only within 7 days of receipt and with all original packaging, as long as the item was not made to order. We will be happy to help find the perfect replacement(s). Items must be post marked no later than 8 days after receipt. Items can only be exchanged once. Return shipping is not covered but the replacement items shipping will be covered within the US.
