SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders 

• For all shipments, signature will be required so please provide an address that will facilitate that delivery. 
• For exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping cost returning that item to Moshi Gems.
• You will receive a tracking number from Moshi Gems at the email address you have provided, once your package is on its way.
• Please leave us up to 10 days for personalized custom orders.
• $10 shipping fee is added to all orders.
